Children experience worries, frustrations, and challenges just like adults, but they don’t always
have the words to tell us what’s going on. Play provides a natural language for children, helping
them express what they feel, build confidence, and discover new ways of coping.

In my work, I use play-based approaches that create a safe and supportive space where children
can explore their experiences at their own pace. Through play, they can work through big
feelings, practice problem-solving, and strengthen their ability to manage emotions and
relationships. Parents often find that as their child grows in these areas, home life becomes
calmer and more connected for the family.

I support children facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, attention and focus
challenges, behavioral struggles, and family transitions. By honoring each child’s unique
strengths and working collaboratively with parents, my goal is to empower children to navigate
challenges today while building resilience for the future.
