You’re used to being the one everyone depends on but you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to make things change.
I work with adults who struggle with people-pleasing, self-criticism, and difficult relationships, including parents who feel caught in repeated conflict with their children.
Together, we’ll explore what keeps these patterns going and work toward clearer boundaries, greater self-understanding, and more connection.
I bring doctoral training, Level 2 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and training in Brainspotting to a warm, direct approach.

Individual Therapy Intensives
More time to focus on what keeps you feeling stuck. You may be exhausted from putting everyone else first, caught in repeated relationship conflicts, or reacting to your child in ways you wish you could change. An individual therapy intensive offers an extended appointment to explore one of these concerns with fewer interruptions. We work at your pace, with time for breaks, reflection, and bringing the session to a close.I draw on Level 2 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and training in Brainspotting. Together, we determine which approach fits your needs.
What to Expect:
We begin with a 60-minute preparation appointment to discuss your history, goals, and whether an intensive is appropriate for you. If we move forward, we schedule a three-hour intensive block, including breaks, followed by a separate 50-minute follow-up appointment.
Fees:
Preparation appointment: $175
Three-hour intensive: $525
Follow-up appointment: $150
Total: $850
Intensives are individualized and do not guarantee a particular outcome. Some clients will benefit from continued therapy afterward.
