Do you take insurance?

At this time, Koi Counseling and Wellness is seeing clients as self-pay only. All of our therapists can provide you with a superbill for services provided.

A superbill is an itemized list of services provided to you, including how much you paid for services. You can submit this superbill to your insurance provider as an out-of-network claim for reimbursement.

Our session rates vary by counselor. Most intake sessions range from $120 to $140. Most followup sessions range from $100 to $120. To find specific session rates for your counselor, please go to their page on our website under the "Our Therapists" tab.

How much do sessions cost?

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Our counselors set their own schedules. Some counselors offer evening and weekend appointments regularly. Other counselors offer limited evening and weekend appointments and have a convenience fee for those appointment times. Please inquire with your provider about their evening and weekend availability.

We require 24-hour notice for cancelling appointments. Appointments that are not cancelled before that 24-hour requirement are charged at the full session rate. Additionally, we charge the session rate for missed appointments. Please notify your provider as early as possible about a need to cancel and reschedule your appointment to avoid this charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

How do I get started?

To get started, we recommend looking at the "Our Therapists" tab to explore who might be a good fit for you. You can reach out to a specific therapist you are interested in using the contact information on their page. If you are unsure of who to pick, you can reach out at the "Contact" tab. Someone will reach out to you to begin the intake process and send you intake documents! Our intake documents are completed digitally before your appointment is scheduled.
